All seating is general admission. In the Heart of the Beast does not offer compensation for missed performances or refunds on ticket purchases. Tickets may however be exchanged for another performance of the same production up to 24 hours prior to the performance, based on availability. School matinees are available for most shows, call 612-721-2535 for more information.

HOBT Ticketing and Merchandise Policies
Returns & Refunds

Shows: HOBT tickets are not refundable. HOBT does not offer compensation for missed performances. Tickets may, however, be exchanged for another performance of the same production up to 24 hours prior to the performance, based on availability.

Merchandise: You can return undamaged un-used merchandise for HOBT “store credit” only. This credit can be used towards purchase of merchandise, show tickets or classes. Credit will not include shipping/handling charges.

Class Withdrawals: If you cancel your registration eight days or more in advance of the class, you will receive a full refund minus a non-refundable $10 processing charge. If you cancel within the week prior to the class, you will receive a 50% refund minus the $10 processing charge. No refunds will be issued on or after the start date of the class, unless there is a waiting list and a student to fill your spot.

SHIPPING

Tickets: Tickets purchased for HOBT shows are always held at the Box Office.
You can pick them up at the Will Call desk starting one hour before the performance.

Merchandise: You will be able to select shipping options when ordering online. Orders will be shipped within 5 working days. Shipping charges are not refundable (see Refund Policy).
