Classes If you cancel your registration eight days or more in advance of the class, you will receive a full refund minus a non-refundable $10 processing charge that is included in the registration fee. If a cancellation occurs within the week prior to the class, you will receive a 50% refund minus the $10 processing charge. No refunds will be issued on or after the start date of the class, unless there is a waiting list and a student to fill your spot.
Each class has a minimum registration and HOBT reserves the right to cancel a class if that minimum is not met. In the event of a cancellation, you will receive a full refund and will not be charged for processing.
If you have any needs that may impact your time with us, please contact us in advance so that we can make the class as accessible and enjoyable as possible.
All camps, classes and workshops will be held at HOBT’s new Studio on the 3rd Floor of Plaza Verde, 1516 East Lake Street, Mpls 55407. Plaza Verde is the green building next to HOBT’s Avalon Theatre.
