MayDay Materials Wish List

The 38th Annual MayDay Parade and Festival has been re-scheduled for Sunday, May 13, 2012.

Mask Making at a MayDay WorkshopWe make art out of many things. There is some magic in that!

We start with mud, cardboard, newspaper, glue, fabric, wood and other scraps to create puppets and masks that come alive, tell stories, and welcome the sun and warmth back to our land.
Sometimes we need help getting all the items needed to create our puppets, especially during our busy MayDay April Workshops.

Volunteer - The annual MayDay Parade & Festival draws up to 50,000 people and couldn't happen without community involvement and volunteer help! HOBT produces this event with only a small core staff and about 160 volunteers. Your help is needed, especially on the day of the event.

Donate Dollars - We need support to produce this one-of-a-kind community event. You can donate online, or by sending this donation form through the mail.
