In the Heart of the Beast Theatre (HOBT) provides affordable event space rental in the south Minneapolis area. Our space is ideal for theater, music, and dance performance rentals. It can also be suitable for people looking to shoot film or music videos as well.

  • We ask that if you plan to use strobe lights while renting out the theater you make note of this in all of your promotional materials. Strobe lights pose risk to many who experience seizures and we want to make sure to keep our community safe!
